Obtaining a CAP Driver's License | Print |  E-mail

If you are at least 21 years old, you may apply for a CAP driver's license. This will authorize you to drive CAP corporate vehicles (e.g. the van). 

To do so, please do the following:

  1. Download and complete this form .
  2. Obtain a copy of your driving record, as noted on the form instructions.
  3. Make a photo copy of your Florida driver's license.
  4. Bring all three items to a meeting, to be authorized and signed by the Logistics Officer and Commander.
  5. Mail all items to the address noted on the form.
